Down the Rabbit Hole
As spring approaches, I thought about the world coming back to life. On Saturday, it was warm here, and a rabbit was in the yard seeking food and the warm sunshine. It hoped away, and I wondered if I should have followed it. “Down the Rabbit Hole” is the title of chapter one in Lewis Carroll’s novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
I have felt a bit like Alice lately. I find myself at a strange crossroad in life and my career. It has felt more like being in a strange world, yet not Wonderland. I wonder if graphic designers, UI designers, UX designers, and creatives have all felt like they were in the same strange surroundings. Perhaps overly optimistically, I believe we will all navigate ourselves through this strange new world and find a way to thrive.
Be kind to yourself on your creative journey.
