I’ve been gone for a minute.
Roadtrips, a Grandbaby, and Medical frustrations.
It has been a minute. The past few months have been busy, frustrating, and wonderful. Work has been busy and demanding more and more time. It has been frustrating not to get to create illustrations and draw on a regular basis.
A wonderful thing happened in late September. I became a grandfather. My daughter Alex and her husband Nick welcomed baby Charlie into their lives. She is healthy and very loved.
I had to make a couple of long road-trips over the last month. While the driving is not always fun, it was great to spend time with family and friends. Road trip karaoke with my daughter is always fun.
I have had more medical tests than I have ever had in my entire life over the last two months. The tests and expenses are frustrating, not to mention that I still do not have any super powers. I am feeling better which is all that matters.
Fingers crossed, I’m hoping to get back to a regular routine of creating. I plan to focus on small weekly newsletters, if everything goes according to plan.
Stay curious and creative. Be Kind.
