I’m continuing to draw Halloween inspired illustrations. While working on some ghost characters, I had the idea to create a ghost version of me. In order to come up with a pose, it led me to think about what the cartoon ghost version of me would be doing in the afterlife. It seemed pretty obvious that I would still be drawing. 👻
Hopefully in the afterlife, Valhalla, Elysium, or more importantly, here and now, we will get to pursue more creativity and have time to make more art and things that bring us joy.
Be kind to yourself on your creative journey.

Halloween Designs
Here are some of my favorite Halloween designs on Amazon from the last few years.
You made it to the end of the newsletter. Speaking of friendly ghosts, Casper is one of my favorites. When I was a kid, some of the Richie Rich comics would have a Casper story included. Here is the theme song to the 1950’s cartoon. 😊

Love the design (espeically the background texture). I'm sure you'd be Andy, the friendly Ghost.
